A rapidly growing technology consulting organization is seeking a Practice Director to lead its Intacct-focused business unit. This role is responsible for the overall strategy, operational leadership, revenue performance and long-term growth of the practice. The person in this position will partner closely with sales, marketing, professional services and executive leadership to scale the business, expand client relationships and strengthen go-to-market execution.
This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for commercial performance, services delivery oversight, strategic planning and practice development.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Leading the overall strategy and direction of the Intacct practice
• Driving revenue growth, services profitability and contribution margin performance
• Owning and managing key business KPIs including revenue, gross profit, services margin and contribution margin
• Partnering with sales and marketing leadership to support pipeline generation, new logo growth and cross-sell opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong strategic relationships with clients, software publishers, partners and vendors
• Providing executive-level leadership across consulting, delivery and customer success functions
• Supporting pre-sales activities, account planning and strategic client engagements
• Developing practice growth plans and identifying opportunities for expansion, add-on solutions and service offerings
• Coaching and mentoring consulting and leadership teams
• Monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape and market opportunities
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
• Collaborating cross-functionally with professional services, inside sales, marketing and executive leadership
• Helping shape operational processes, delivery strategy and overall practice maturity
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, professional services or practice leadership environments
• Strong background leading ERP-focused consulting teams or business units
• Experience owning or heavily influencing full P&L performance and commercial KPIs
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including understanding of services margin, profitability and ROI-driven client discussions
• Experience driving growth initiatives, go-to-market strategy and business development efforts
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and lead strategic client conversations
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation, consulting delivery and client relationship management
• Experience within the Sage Intacct ecosystem or closely related ERP publisher/VAR environments strongly preferred
• Background with organizations in the ERP reseller, consulting partner or software advisory space highly valued
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to balance strategy and execution
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• ERP certifications or related industry expertise preferred

Additional Information
• Remote opportunity within the United States
• Some travel expected for leadership meetings, partner relationships and client engagement
