We are seeking a Director of Integrated Marketing & Communications to lead the transformation of a growing marketing organization and help create a more strategic, data-driven and commercially focused go-to-market function.


This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, communications and commercial execution. The ideal candidate is not simply a marketing specialist. They are an orchestrator who can align people, processes and teams while creating the systems and accountability required to drive measurable business outcomes.


The organization is investing in the modernization of its marketing capabilities and is looking for a leader who can elevate brand strategy, improve cross-functional collaboration, strengthen commercial alignment and help position marketing as a true growth driver across the business.

This position follows a hybrid schedule, with team members working onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays. The role is highly collaborative and benefits from regular in-person interaction with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.


The Opportunity

This leader will play a critical role in shaping how marketing supports the broader go-to-market organization. Working closely with executive leadership, sales and product teams, you will help create a more integrated approach to brand strategy, communications, sales enablement, content development, campaign execution and marketing operations.

You will inherit an established team with strong foundational talent and help create the structure, processes and accountability needed to maximize its impact. Success in this role will require balancing strategy with execution while influencing stakeholders across the organization.


What You'll Do


Lead Marketing Transformation

  • Build the systems, processes and operating rhythms that create a more effective and accountable marketing organization.
  • Integrate marketing resources and improve collaboration across teams and functions.
  • Establish project prioritization, workflow management and execution frameworks that improve speed, quality and consistency.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives that strengthen marketing's contribution to business growth.


Drive Commercial Alignment

  • Partner closely with sales, product and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
  • Strengthen sales enablement capabilities and improve collaboration between sales and marketing.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and revenue growth.
  • Help establish clearer connections between marketing activities and commercial outcomes.


Elevate Brand, Communications & Creative Services

  • Strengthen brand positioning, messaging and market presence.
  • Lead and develop creative services capabilities across digital and traditional channels.
  • Improve the quality, consistency and strategic impact of marketing communications and content.
  • Guide internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality execution.


Advance Marketing Performance

  • Establish meaningful KPIs, reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.
  • Leverage data, analytics and market insights to improve decision-making.
  • Optimize marketing technologies, workflows and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and marketing effectiveness across channels.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Progressive marketing leadership experience within complex B2B environments.
  • Experience building, scaling or transforming marketing organizations, teams or processes.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, communications, sales enablement and commercial marketing.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive cross-functional alignment and lead organizational change.
  • Experience leveraging data, analytics and marketing technologies to guide decision-making.
  • Strong operational, project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and execution.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience leading or partnering with creative services teams.
  • Agency experience or experience managing external agencies and creative partners.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel distribution or complex go-to-market environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics and project management platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled marketing tools and emerging marketing technologies.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
