Acumatica Full-Stack Developer

We're growing a collaborative software development team focused on extending and enhancing one of today's fastest-growing ERP platforms. You'll develop sophisticated customizations, maintain existing solutions and help shape new products that solve real-world operational challenges for organizations across multiple industries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing clean, scalable code, working with experienced developers and continuously improving both products and processes. If you've built solutions within an ERP environment and enjoy tackling technically challenging projects, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop custom software solutions built on the Acumatica platform using C# and SQL.
- Build new functionality while enhancing and maintaining existing ERP customizations.
- Create scalable, maintainable code that supports complex business processes.
- Analyze functional requirements and translate business use cases into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing applications.
- Ensure customizations remain compatible with new platform releases.
- Collaborate with senior developers through technical design discussions and code reviews.
- Contribute to the development of proprietary software products that extend ERP capabilities.
- Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools as part of the software development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For
Required
- Hands-on Acumatica development experience or strong software development experience within another ERP platform
- Professional C# development experience
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
- Experience developing business applications—not consumer or mobile applications
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining highly collaborative
Preferred
- Full-stack Acumatica development experience
- Experience developing complex ERP customizations beyond UI-level configuration
- Experience with additional ERP platforms
- Exposure to AI-assisted software development tools and modern development practices
- Experience participating in code reviews and collaborative software design
