Can you effectively analyze, influence, model, and document future business processes? If this sounds like you and you’d like to be part of a thriving, global company undergoing a complete transformation, we may have the role for you.

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team and take ownership of enhancing and supporting the Order to Cash (O2C) process across our business systems. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to streamline operations, solve process challenges, and deliver systems improvements that drive business value.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to uncover pain points and define detailed business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for system updates or workflow improvements.
  • Create and maintain process maps, data flows, and documentation of current and future state processes.

ERP & Application Support

  • Provide day-to-day support for ERP and related business systems, especially those tied to order processing and customer fulfillment.
  • Troubleshoot user-reported issues and escalate complex cases to senior analysts or developers.
  • Support ERP configuration changes and routine operational tasks.

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate existing O2C workflows to identify opportunities for better efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Assist business teams with system testing, validation, and implementation support during solution rollouts.

Data & Reporting

  • Help build and maintain dashboards and operational reports that track O2C performance.
  • Analyze transactional data to uncover trends, anomalies, or gaps affecting business outcomes.

System Implementation & Integration

  • Support the implementation of system enhancements, including requirements validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal developers and third-party vendors to integrate ERP with eCommerce, CRM, WMS, and EDI platforms.

Training & Documentation

  • Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
  • Deliver end-user training for new features, processes, or updates to business systems.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between technical teams and business users.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with core business processes, especially sales orders, invoicing, shipping, and payments.
  • Self-starter who works well both independently and in collaborative environments.

Experience & Education

  • 3–5 years in a Business Analyst, ERP Support, or related IT/business systems role.
  • Industry experience in consumer goods, distribution, or supply chain is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred).
  • Exposure to eCommerce, CRM, and EDI platforms (e.g., SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce) is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
