About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to a five-member Board, the General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the utility’s operations, financial management, strategic planning, and community engagement. This is a visible and impactful role, ideal for a leader who values transparency, collaboration, and service to the community.
The utility is in excellent financial standing, with major infrastructure upgrades recently completed. The General Manager will focus on ensuring continued reliability and efficiency across all services, guiding the team through future capital projects, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
