Join a highly reputable and well-established CPA firm with multiple locations across the Midwest. This is a firm where employees thrive, grow, and stay long-term—a testament to their exceptional culture, leadership, and employee-first approach.
Unlike many firms where auditors routinely work 60-80+ hours per week during busy seasons, this firm operates differently. They take a proactive staffing approach, ensuring that their team is never stretched too thin—even at peak times. Their employees benefit from a sustainable workload, a supportive team environment, and work-life balance that sets them apart from traditional accounting firms.
With a strong client base in co-ops, agribusiness, and commercial industries, this role offers the opportunity to work with well-respected businesses while building a long-term career.

This is not just a job—it’s a career path with leadership potential at a firm that truly prioritizes its people. If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow in a stable, well-respected firm without sacrificing work-life balance, let’s talk.
After moving to the U.S. from England and beginning her career in the IT industry, Kinga saw a problem that needed to be fixed.
There was a disconnect between job seekers and employers, leading to a frustrating recruiting process and, worse, poor hiring decisions.
In 1998, Kinga founded her own search firm—Leaders IT Recruitment—in Lincoln, Nebraska—to bridge that gap. The firm has grown organically through satisfied clients' referrals and has since evolved into Insight Recruitment, partnering with businesses and job candidates across the country while setting the bar for what a recruitment agency should be.
"We get our clients' attention by giving them the clarity they need to make better hiring decisions," Kinga says. "We've helped candidates secure truly life-changing career opportunities, and we've made a meaningful impact on companies by helping them build stronger teams that drive long-term success."
Kinga understands what exceptional candidates are looking for while never losing sight of what businesses need most. She and her small-but-mighty team remain focused on one thing above all else: delivering on their commitments and providing an outstanding experience for every client and candidate they serve.
"Our tools, strategies, and focus have evolved over the years, but our core values have never changed," Kinga says. "We've always believed in quality over quantity, high-touch service from the very beginning, and building lasting relationships based on trust. I'm fortunate to have a team that shares that same commitment to excellence."
It's that partnership approach that continues to set Insight Recruitment apart.
